Comments: This braided sweet grass and beaded rondel suggests its use in a peyote ritual/ Native American Church ceremony. The overall design of the sacred four directions is similar to tipi ornaments of the Central and Southern Plains. The central beaded design appears to represent a sacred peyote button. An Osage possibility has been suggested.
